Submission Terms
Version: September 29, 2026
By submitting music through the HLR Artist Gateway, you confirm that you are authorized to submit the recording and the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the submission and any later agreement.
What submission means
- Submission is for consideration only. It does not guarantee radio play, editorial coverage, interviews, licensing placement, representation, or any other outcome.
- No payment is required for editorial consideration or radio consideration through this gateway.
- You keep ownership of your music and copyrights. Submission does not transfer ownership to Hustle Legend Records.
- You grant Hustle Legend Records permission to privately store, access, stream for internal review, and evaluate submitted files and links for the opportunities you select.
- HLR will not publicly broadcast, publish, license, or commercially exploit a submitted recording solely because it was submitted. Any broader use requires the rights and approvals appropriate for that use.
- If you request licensing-readiness review, you agree to accurately disclose master, publishing, sample, split, clean-version, and instrumental availability information.
- You are responsible for ensuring that collaborators, producers, featured artists, publishers, and other rights holders are properly accounted for where applicable.
Privacy and access
Uploaded review audio is stored in a private submission area and is intended for authorized HLR staff review. Public artist-directory listing is optional and requires separate HLR approval. Account and submission data is handled under the HLR Privacy Notice.
No automatic business relationship
Creating an account or submitting music does not create a recording agreement, management agreement, publishing agreement, partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, confidentiality obligation, or LLC ownership interest. Any such relationship requires a separate written agreement.
Confidential information
Do not submit trade secrets, passwords, unreleased business plans, or other information that requires a confidentiality agreement unless HLR has agreed to confidentiality in writing before submission.
Decisions
HLR may accept, decline, archive, schedule, or request more information about a submission. Editorial and programming decisions remain discretionary and are not sold as guaranteed placement.
