HLR keeps the website simple and explains what is collected and why.
HLR uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and engagement, including page views, approximate traffic source, device type, general geographic region, scroll activity and outbound-link interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. HLR uses this information to understand which pages and campaigns are useful and to improve the website. HLR does not intentionally send personally identifiable information to Google Analytics.
HLR also uses Metricool's website tracker to measure visits, viewed pages, traffic sources and general geographic information. Metricool's web tracker is used for aggregate campaign and site-performance analysis. According to Metricool's current documentation, its website tracker does not execute cookies.
Track-exploration progress is stored in your browser's local storage on your device.
The HLR site can also keep a limited local browser log of interactions such as outbound clicks. That local log is separate from Google Analytics and remains stored in the browser unless the visitor clears it.
HLR uses PayPal for direct checkout. Payment information is processed by PayPal under PayPal's own privacy practices. HLR may receive ordinary transaction details needed to confirm and fulfill an order, such as purchaser name, email address, amount, transaction reference, and any delivery email the buyer provides.
Buyer contact details are used to verify payment, deliver purchased digital files, provide customer support, and maintain basic internal business records. HLR does not need or request full payment-card numbers for album delivery.
If you email HLR about services, features, licensing, or purchases, the information you send may be kept as part of the business conversation and project record.
When an artist creates a Gateway account, HLR may process account email, stage name, contact name, profile information and links needed to operate the account and review submissions. Account and submission information is used for HLR opportunities and administration, not sold as a marketing list.
Gateway submissions can include private audio, streaming links, notes, rights and clearance statements, clean/instrumental availability and pipeline status. Access is intended for authorized HLR personnel and service providers needed to operate the Gateway.
HLR may retain submission and business records while an opportunity, rights question, dispute or legitimate recordkeeping need remains active. Artists may request deletion of eligible account or submission data by emailing mark.allen@hustlelegendrecords.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting or transaction documentation.
When you leave HLR for Google, Metricool, PayPal, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or another service, that destination's own privacy practices apply.
